1. Warranty Scope

Under normal use and maintenance conditions, if a product suffers performance failure due to material, workmanship or manufacturing issues, we provide free repair, replacement and other warranty services within the warranty period. Services within the warranty scope do not incur labor repair costs; damage caused by human factors, unauthorized modification or force majeure is not covered by the free warranty and only paid repair services are provided.

Conditions not covered by the free warranty:

1. Various conventional consumable and wear-prone parts;

2. Secondary faults caused by unauthorized disassembly of sealed cavities, modification of circuits, or replacement with non-genuine parts;

3. Corrosion, burnout or failure caused by using the equipment beyond its rated operating conditions and protection class;

4. Damage caused by external impact, water/dust ingress, wrong power connection and other improper operations;

5. Equipment damage caused by force majeure such as earthquakes, floods, lightning strikes and fire;

Note: "normal use and maintenance conditions" means the installation, use, storage and transportation of the product comply with the requirements of the user manual and are maintained by qualified personnel.

2. Warranty Period

1. The standard warranty period for the complete machine is 12 months from the date the customer signs for receipt.

2. For failures due to original quality issues occurring after 12 months but within 24 months of receipt, repairs only charge labor and part cost; for failures occurring after 24 months of receipt, or caused by human factors and improper use (non-product quality issues), repairs are charged at market rates.

3. Parts repaired or replaced within the warranty period continue the remaining warranty entitlement; if the remaining warranty is less than six months, it is recalculated uniformly as six months; where laws and regulations provide otherwise, those provisions prevail.

4. Warranty Services

(a) Repair

Faulty equipment is repaired first. When conditions permit, Hengdun technical engineers can remotely diagnose and assist customers in troubleshooting simple faults via online video or phone; when faults cannot be fully resolved remotely, customers can send the equipment back to the factory for after-sales repair, or request on-site repair, with charges based on the warranty period tiering above.

(b) Replacement

Within 30 days (inclusive) of signing for receipt, if the equipment has a factory-original performance fault and our after-sales engineers confirm no customer-caused damage, a same-model complete machine or part can be replaced free of charge; if the original model is discontinued, a substitute product with performance no lower than the original will be provided.

(c) Other Agreements

Logistics costs arising from product replacement are borne through negotiation between the supply and demand parties; when replacement occurs, the equipment, full accessories and original packaging must remain intact.

3. Nationwide Warranty Service

All products sold by our factory enjoy unified standard warranty service within mainland China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan regions) through factory after-sales and authorized dealer service outlets.

4. How to Get Warranty Service

After an equipment failure, after-sales support can be requested through the following channels:
